Exercise will not disrupt PSLCE exams – MEC

The Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) has confirmed that the second phase of the voter’s register inspection, scheduled from 21 to 23 May 2025, will not interfere with the administration of the Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education (PSLCE) examinations, which are set for the same period.

MEC Director of Media and Communications Sangwani Mwafulirwa assured the public that adequate measures have been taken to ensure both activities proceed smoothly and independently.

He emphasized that arrangements have been made to conduct the voter inspection and exams at separate locations, minimizing any potential disruptions.
