Defending champions Mighty Wanderers will kick off their 2026 FDH Bank Premiership title defence with a home match against Karonga United at Kamuzu Stadium on Saturday.

The Nomads, who lifted the title last season, head into the new campaign carrying both confidence and high expectations as they look to retain the crown for the flagship top-tier league.

Playing in front of their home supporters in Blantyre, the Nomads will be keen to make an early statement and set the tone for the season.

Meanwhile, last season’s runners-up FCB Nyasa Big Bullets will begin their campaign against Civo Service United at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe.

On the same day, Silver Strikers will face Kamuzu Barracks at Champion Stadium.
