“For the first phase we will conduct the exercise in Kasungu district, Kasungu municipality, Dedza and Salima,” Mwafulirwa said.

MEC’s Director of Media and Public Relations Sangwani Mwafulirwa told YFM that there are a lot of activities lined up to ensure that people get a clear message on the new system and who is eligible to vote.

“We have organized special events so that we can capitalize on those to spread the message on the new registration system and we also want people to know that it is only those that will clock 18 years by 9th November 2018.”

“We will have traditional dances and football Bonanza’s on the 16th of this month,” he said.
