ISAMA to give grace period on school fees

Independent Schools Association of Malawi (ISAMA) says it will give parents and guardians ample time to prepare for school fees as schools are expected to open next Monday.

President for the Association, Joseph Patel has said this following Children Owners Association of Malawi’s call to prolong grace period for paying school fees because many parents were not prepared for schools to open soon.

Patel however has highlighted the need for parents to reason with respective school authorities on the same.

Schools are expected to reopen on September 7, 2020 after a lengthy closure of schools due to covid-19.
